When is registration for the spring season?
Registration is typically held in January to ensure enough time to submit all rosters to the league and players can order uniforms. Once rosters are submitted, there can be no additions. There are no refunds.
When does the season start and end?
Our season typically begins mid- March and runs through the first weekend in June. Games are held on Saturdays or Sundays. Practices are at the Volunteer Coach's discretion and held during the week and or on the weekends.
We do have games on Mothers Day.
Where are practices held?
Boys practice and play at Grand Avenue Middle School.
Girls practice and play at Mepham High School.
Do players need to provide their own equipment?
What equipment do Girls need?
Stick, mouth guard and goggles are required. No earrings or bracelets of any kind are allowed during games. Not even hair ties.
Are helmets required for girls?
No. This is optional equipment and nor required to play.
What equipment do Boys need?
Stick, shoulder pads, gloves, elbow pads, mouth guard, cup and helmet
What grades can children play?
Teams are formed based on enrollment but typically, K-8th grade. First time players must submit a COPY of the child's birth certificate.
Are your volunteer coaches screened?
Yes, all our volunteer coaches are background checked each season.
If I am interested in becoming a volunteer coach, who do I contact?
There are 2 online courses and a 3 hour hands on clinic to be completed as well as a background screening check. Once the online courses are completed, you will not have to do them the following year. We always welcome new coaches. For more information, please contact the Director below.
